Holding Deposit: maximum 1 week’s rent. This holds the property for you whilst we undertake referencing etc and is non-refundable.
Deposit: Usually equivalent to one months rent – (Maximum 5 weeks rent)
Changes to the tenancy requested by the tenant: Maximum £50
Early termination of the tenancy requested by the tenant: £250
Late rent payment - 3% after 14 days overdue
Lost keys - £10 plus the cost of replacement keys
Out of hours call out charge - £30
