The original family firm A Stephenson & Co, was founded in Stockton on Tees in 1925 by Arthur Stephenson, great grandfather to the current managing director Sarah Randell. During 1935 the company relocated to George Street, Hull but this office was heavily damaged during the 1939/45 War. It was after the war that the partners decided to move to Willerby Square where the company remained for many years and it was in 1989 when Sarah joined the business, becoming Managing Director in 2006. Following in the family tradition, Sarah's own daughter Isabelle is now the fifth generation of the Stephenson family to join the company.
Sarah has successfully passed the Level 3 NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and has 30 years continuous experience in the residential property sector, with expertise in residential sales, letting and management along with Estate Management of small and large residential blocks. As members of the Property Ombudsman for Lettings and SafeAgent, we operate to a strict code of practice protecting the interests of both Landlords and tenants alike and ensuring that we keep abreast of industry developments, initiatives and changes in law.
